Dairy Lunch Menu

Main courses:

Mouthwatering cauliflower, leak & mushroom pie, made with select Hameiri cheeses.

Delectable Mediterranean Pasta with grilled veggies, olives, herbs, olive oil and our famous Hameiri Tsfatit cheese

Real ravioli with rich, creamy tomato sauce.

Salads:

Cherry tomato salad with Hameiri Tsfatit cheese, pickled lemons, olives and herbs.

Radish, fennel and arugula salad in olive oil vinaigrette.

Kohlrabi salad with beets, parsley and green onions in Dijon harissa (hot sauce or paste made from crushed chili peppers and garlic)

Tomato buckwheat salad, with cucumbers, parsley, mint, lemon juice and olive oil

Baby lettuce salad with Hameiri feta cheese, carrots, Jala mix (sunflower seeds, soya, chickpeas, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, cashews, hazelnuts, almonds, pistachios, spices) in a citrus vinaigrette.

Beverages:

Hot beverages:  Tea of garden herbs/Turkish coffee/Nescafe, served with sweet pastries.

Cold beverages:  Orange juice, mineral water, red wine (1 bottle for 5 guests)

Menu includes:  fresh breads served with real butter.

Groups of 35 or more:  NIS 110 each.

Salads:

Israeli style vegetable salad:  tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, parsley, lemon juice, olive oil.

Tangy vegetable salad:  peppers, cherry tomatoes, carrots, kohlrabi, cucumbers, radishes.

Cheese platter:

Scrumptious platter with variety of pure Hameiri cheeses:  Tsfatit, Hameiri Feta, hard yellow cheeses and creamy white cheese spreads.

Beverages:
